Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Turkey alliance: Suspicious and dead on arrival.
While most analysts believe that the Turkey, Saudi Arabia, and Pakistan pact is indeed here to replace the waning United States influence in the Middle East, I firmly stand to differ from this general opinion even if it means standing alone!
Using a binoculars, one can clearly see a green snake gliding around in the green grass of this so called security pact.
The green snake is the United States of America!
Without going any further, let me state that in my crazy opinion, this pact is in fact meant to save the U.S from completely losing its influence in the Middle East region by trying to cub the shocking military power of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Here is the reality, the Gulf states have always been blind believers in America's unmatched power.
They gave out big chunks of land to the U.S to set up large military bases in their countries with the belief that in case of aggression, the invincible U.S will protect them.
Infact, these wealthy Arabs had began to look at the U.S as some kind of demi-god.
All this while, the wealthy Arabs have been slumbering, placing all their security matters in the hands of the Almighty U.S.
These so called Sunni Arabs have always feared the influence of Iran in the region and have always sought to cub Iran's Shia influence.
Besides the old animosity between Iranians and Arabs that was born out the Shia-Sunni divide, the Gulf Arabs have been beguiled into believing that Iran is their arch enemy and that the predominantly Shia nation seeks to dominate and destroy them.
Never mind that prior to the recent assault on their territory that prompted them to strike U.S military assets in Arab countries, Iran had never attacked any Arab country!
Never mind also, that most of these Arab countries have taken pride in "normalising" relations with Israel, a country that has slaughtered tens of thousands of Arabs and occupied their lands since its unfortunate establishment In 1948.
It is on this treachery of fueling divisions between Iranians and Arabs, that the U.S-Arab alliance has been built for years, with the U.S selling billions of worthless ammunitions to the Gulf states, enjoying imperialistic control over their oil resources and monopolistically feasting off these wealthy kingdoms.
But Iran has always warned the Arabs that it is of no use making alliances with the same country that is responsible for the deaths and suffering of millions of Arabs under the guise of fighting terrorism.
Iran has always warned them that the U.S presence in the region is of no good to them. That rather, its purpose is to secure the vast oil wells which as a matter of fact, the U.S has drilled good for decades of years.
The Iranians also, have always pleaded with the Arabs to put the racial and religious differences aside and form a unified regional alliance that would protect them all, since their enemy is one, regardless of their particular Muslim sect.
Of course, because of their inherent hatred towards Iranians in addition to the endless whispers of their trusted American partners in their ears, they all but looked at Iran like a fool. They thought that Iran was cunningly setting up a dominant structure over them!
They went on with splashing billions of dollars in buying highly sophiscated U.S made ammunitions.
They went on with funding the maintenance of the U.S bases in the predominantly Arab region.
Little did they know that the wise Iranians had long devised a deterrent plan against the U.S treacherous plans against their territory.
On Feb 28, 2026, came the U.S-Israel war on Iran, a war that has turned out to be a big test on the limits of U.S military superiority.
In its defense, Iran effectively used its domestically built ballistic missiles and drones to ravage the highly fortified U.S military bases across the Arab world.
The wealthy Arabs looked on in horror as when, the U.S and Israel resorted to targeting Iran's economic infrastructure, Iran retaliated by hitting economic infrastructure in the glamorous Arab States' territory too!
The Super power was not saving them from destruction.
The curtain was brought down.
The wealthy Arabs began to realise that the U.S is not a reliable partner for their security.
In a proposal driven by Qatar, there was a suggestion to its felllow Gulf block members that rather than keep Iran as an enemy, it was high time the Gulf sates normalised relations with their millenniums old neighbor.
As the Arabs have been seriously considering this proposal, boom! A new alliance pops up! Turkey, Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. All Sunni Holy Trinity!
This alliance is suspicious because it comes at a time when the rich U.S has just vomited rice and beans, by failing to protect the Gulf states like it has always been promising to do.
In my opinion(it is an opinion not a fact), it is the United States cunningly behind this project.
To me, it looks like the U.S is operating behind a curtain offered by Turkey and Pakistan, to provide Saudi Arabia with a masquerade of an alternative to U.S protection.
The U.S can not stand to lose Saudi Arabia. The U.S is determined to keep the wealthy kingdom inside its pockets.
The U.S, is determined to keep Saudi Arabia away from Iran even if it means working behind the curtains.
Therefore, the wise man United States presents a security alternative to the blind Saudis using its very trusted Sunni partners.
I may sound crazy, but here is the thing, all the original members of our new alliance are U.S allies!
Turkey is a proud member of U.S-led military alliance, NATO and Turkiye's president Recip Erdogan is a "close friend" to current U.S president, Donald Trump.
Hold on, wasn't Erdogan crying out for U.S made F35 just the other day?
Pakistan's Asif Munir and Shehbaz Sharif are both allies of Donald Trump and he has used them to push his agendas on quite a number of occasions, the most recent one being the negotiations between The United States of America and Iran. On a number of occassions, Shehbaz Sharif has been seen "kissing Trump's butt".
Saudi Arabia is the biggest buyer of U.S ammunitions globally.
How then can one say, that this alliance is intended to replace the waning U.S influence in the region?
It is very ironical that countries greatly influenced by the U.S are aligning to fill up the "vacuum" apparently left by the waning U.S influence in the Middle East region!
However, we should not delude ourselves.
You don't just expect a powerful country like the U.S to quickly back off a military campaign!
There are many ways of killing a cat!
How about putting together a bunch of useful idiots to carry on with the seemingly failed military campaign against Iran?
Let me put it straight, this alliance seems more like a deterrent strategy against Iran's punitive missile strikes and the hope that probably, the U.S may even use it to fight back against Iran some day!
The clause in the pact that an attack on one of the countries is an attack on them all, is one to be cognisant of.
Remember, the alliance comes after Saudi Arabia had helplessly looked on as Iran was ravaging its territory.
Hopefully, the birth of this alliance will scare Iran off from attacking Saudi territory next time, may be, in fear of retaliation from Saudi's new allies?
This would help give security cover for the much revered U.S econmic and political interests in Saudi Arabia.
Very weak and not able to stand on their own, more toothless Arabs are likely to join this new NATO seemingly headed by Pakistan.
With the natural tides of change gliding towards having Iran officially recognised as a global power, it appears to me as if the United States is trying to control the contours of change by making it look to the gullible Arabs that Pakistan, a fellow Sunni is a better military ally for them than Iran.
Like I noted earlier, Asif Munir and Shabaz Sharif are close allies to the U.S. Therefore, Pakistan is not to be trusted in its motives as it is not as independent as it projects.
It looks like Pakistan is now being used to act as the new shephered for the wandering Arab sheep on the behalf of the U.S, with Turkey serving as the deputy shephered.
But then, there is also the Houthi problem.
Since Saudi Arabia launched a war on the Iran-backed group back in 2015, it has failed to register total victory over this group.
Recently, it seems like the cold animosity between this group and Saudi Arabia was refueled when the Houthi declared that they were launching a war against Saudi Arabia in a bid to fight off the Saudi imposed blockade on their territory.
The weakling it is, Saudi Arabia can not engage with Houthi alone.
It is hoping against hope that this new alliance will help it fight the Houthi and defeat them.
But we should all remember that this is not the first time Saudi Arabia is forming alliances against Houthi and still failing to decimate the group.
How can one believe that it will succeed this time round?
If the alliance has been formed to cub Iran's military influence, how in the world is Pakistan and Turkey going to do what the U.S and Israel have failed to do?
Pakistan and Turkey are infact on very friendly terms with Iran. They both share land borders with Iran and do trade with each other.
The Iranians have already shown that when it comes to fighting for their dignity, they fear no one, even if it means setting the whole Middle East region ablaze!
If the alliance is here to protect Saudi Arabia, I do not see how it will shield the wealthy kingdom from enemy drones burning their oil refineries!
The problem with alliances is that they are more reactive than proactive.
By the time they launch their U.S made planes to counter whoever has attacked the "holy" kingdom, the refineries would already be burning.
Besides, Saudi Arabia already had a security pact with Pakistan signed shortly before the war on Iran was launched. We did not see its relevance when Saudi territory was being ravaged by Iran's retatialory strikes.
In other words, this new alliance is dead on arrival.
Furthermore, let us not be quick to declare the U.S dead.
The Americans are very wise people, the reason they have dominated the world for almost eight decades.
They could cunningly be the ones behind this new alliance.
Let us keep our fingers crossed and see how things will unfold.
